1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BPERT-LMS ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using BPERT-LMS, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information
  • Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is current and complete

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BPERT-LMS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Content Guidelines

Users agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains viruses or malicious code
  • Is abusive, threatening, or harassing
  • Contains spam or unsolicited advertising

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BPERT-LMS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
